I get puffy dark circled eyes in the morning & I'm SOOO tired, but I get a full 10 hours of sleep?

Okay I go to bed at about 9:30pm and get outta bed at 7:15am for school.. thats like 10 hours. and when im walking i feel alright, but when im sitting in class i feel TERRIBLE.. like idk how to explain it.. i can't concentrate, i got a weird headache feeling in my head, but it's not in a specific spot? and i feel tired but i got 10 hours of sleep the night before? whyyyy? i hate going to bed so early but its to make me feel better in the morning but it dont freaking work!! also im only 13 and i get gross puffy dark circles under my eyes. i like to get up 10 minutes before leaving for school so i get more sleep and i dont like to take showers in the morning (which used to rele wake me up) coz i dont like blow drying my hair, and if i dont do that i go to school with it wet and blabla i just dont like to do much in the morning.. so in the morning should i wash my face with hot or cold water to wake it up? i thought hot to open my pores ya know, but when i use hot water it makes them puffier, and makes me look even grosser? ive never tried cold water.. will it work? (also i hate wearing makeup, and my mom would never ever let me take "pills" so dont suggest any of those)

Answer:
cold makes swelling and redness go away so rinse your face with cold water then put... like z a bag of frozen peas on them or soemthing. also the longer you sleep the more tired you are prone to be during the day.

You are probably getting too much sleep.

anti-aging cream will let your bags disappear a little... however you are probably sleeping too much, or just not resting well.

10 hours of sleep a night isn't way too much for someone in their teens. You need a lot of sleep. It doesn't sound like you're getting very good sleep, though. Ask your family if you snore. Snoring wakes you up all through the night-even though you aren't really aware of it. Also, do you have a good mattress? And do you keep healthy, like eating right and exercise? Being healthy will help. As for the circles, I'd try some cold water on them. Maybe try a really cold facecloth laid over your eyes for a few minutes every morning. But try to address the sleep issue first.
