Can I get disability for sarcoidosis?

I have a lung condition called sarcoidosis. is it possible to get social security disability?

• i have been denied twice and now im waiting for a hearing with a judge. i have tried to work but i get weak real easy. this is a hard condition because i may look healthy on the out side but im weak on the inside.i get blackout spells a lot. how good of a chance is it to get approved in front of the judge if i show medical reports from doctors. i also have a lawyer. look up sarcoidosis its not nice\.

  Sarcoids are certainly not fun. But it will depend upon the severity of the sarcoids and your PFT. There are statements of intent in settings such as these you will just have to makes sure all your T's are crossed and I's dotted. I don't know how old you are but it couldn't be fun staying at home all day. They might make you rehab or do some job training though. This may take a rather long while. I wouldn't depend upon it happening real soon although you may positively make your case. Bureaucracy is Bureaucracy and all that.
