Why is my nose constantly stuffy?

Why does my nose only get stuffy @ night?

  • For the past four days, my nose has been somewhat stuffy. This usually begins at 8pm and continues to get stuffy until I use nasal spray. I am not sick and the stuffy nose only occurs at nighttime. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I totally know why! Sometimes if you dont change you pillows your skin goes into the pillow and little tiny bugs eat the skin. But the also go into you nose and cause allergy like syptoms. It used to happen to me all the time and I found out that was the problem. I changed my pillows and my nose was better. Change those pillows and wash those blankets with light bleach.

could be dust in your home, bring around cigarettes, exposure. maybe that you have developed dependence on the nasal spray.

This happens to me too. Probably happens since your laying down and all the boogies just flow out. haha. That's my theory.
