Running nose whenever weather is cold?

I catch a cold in every season? Especially when I run in cool weather?

• This morning I was running on the track (I live in AZ) and my nose was a little runny b/c of the cold weather, so I had to breathe through my mouth some of the time. Later that night my throat got really sore and my nose stuffy. And this morning I woke up just fine like my team mates and tomorrow I will wake up feeling like crap and they will wake up fine. Why is this?

  You might have sinus problems which can make your nose run and/or make your nose stuffy. You might have asthma. My suggestion to you is to make an appointment with your Doc so you can get to the heart of the matter. I'd hate to see you having to give up track. However, your Doc would have the answers you need. Could be a simple matter that can be handled in short order, but you need to see you Doc. Glad to hear your into track. Make it easier on your self and go see your Doc.
