Why does my lung and back hurt if i only have a uti?

  • please answer because im scared as ****... i have had a few utis before but nothing like this..2 weeks ago my lower back started hurting and i started feeling really tired but i had no pain trying to pee or anything.. the pain in my sides got so bad i went to get an ultrasound for my kidneys but i have no infection and theyre fine. my urine does have some blood in it my dr said though. but for the past few days my right lung has been hurting and today its gotten pretty painful it feels like theres pressure on it .. it still doesnt hurt to pee at all so that why im confused as to why im having all this pain.. but yeah why the hell does my lung hurt when i breath and its getting worse and my sides stiiill hurt after taking 2 pills of macrobid so far.. and anti inflamitores but they arnt doing much at all.. please help

    Sounds like the classic symptoms for lung cancer. Perhaps you should book in for a chest x-ray sometime. This is a nasty disease that spreads fast. You could only have a few weeks so act fast.
