Question about a blocked nose?

What is wrong with my nose?

  • Okay so I have no sense of smell and my nose itches on the inside and will be blocked all day then will have a sneezing fit or blow my nose and it will then run constantly with clear liquid that is more like water than mucus consistancy. Its been like this for over a year, I snore REALLY bad and no antihistamine helps at all even prescription ones :s somebody mentioned it may be polyps at the top of my nose but I'm wondering if anybody had another idea but its NOT an allergy I've used atihistamine steroids and they didn't work so its out the question!

    Looks very much like having caught cold. The fact that antihistamines could not help you does not indicate that allergy or having caught cold should be ruled out. I'd rather say that you have one of them but also some other problems in the nasal polyps. I'd suggest paying a visit to a physician.
