Random nose bleeds, what does it mean?

Chronic nose bleeds? why? what does it mean?

• i am 15 years old i have gotten horrible nose bleeds since i was around 12. i have had my nose cauterized already, i get a nose bleed almost every day and they are not just a little blood its a contestant flow of blood, just keeps coming constant fast large drips of blood. after i get them i spit blood, and cough a little. i now get migraines and head aches. i often shake after my nose is done and feel light headed..... why?

  That happened to me around you age and into my 20s. But not quite as bad as yours. Sometime in my 20s, it went away. A doctor can probably explain that. I don't know; it just did.
