Back pain after standing and walking?

A straining pain on the back side of a leg, seated or lying down fell nothing only when standing or walking?

  • tried different ointment,massage,exersice etc, but no change,makes me think may be is not the mussle what can that be and what is the cure?(pain is on the back side of the leg from the buttock to the heel)
