Is humidity good or bad for Asthma sufferers?

Answer:
High humidity can be especially dangerous when combined with high temperature as it can trigger Asthma symptoms. Humidity is considered too high when its level goes above 45% - 50%, sometimes as high as 80% and up. Another unpleasant effect of high humidity is the appearence of mold. High humidity makes it easier for molds to reproduce, and they can appear virtually anywhere, damaging whatever they grow upon. Mold spores also pose a threat for allergy and asthma sufferers.

It is bad and causes breathlessness owing to reduced oxygen level, also the moist air comprises polluted particals to further aggravate the problem. Steam inhalation after meals do give some relief, its my personal experience , may work for you.
