What are the symptoms of cancer? (stomach or lung)?

• Hi does anyone get paranoid they have cancer? Latley i been sufering from Acid reflux and indigestion problems and it been making me paranoid thikning i might have cancer lol, was wondering what are the general symptons of cancer? What signs should or can you look out for? is ti true if u have cancer u spit / urinite / stool / has blood? Or can u have cancer and not have those symptons? Also would like to add i suffer from anxiety disorder so i was thinknig maybe this is my irrational thinking due to my anxiety, thinking that i have cancer lol, hope this makes sence and others can relate, please genuine replys

  There are many different symptoms for both types of cancer, however please, do not be paranoid about having cancer. Most cancers have universal symptoms, such as fatigue, weight loss, loss of appetite. However, specifically blood in the phlegm is a symptom of a lung disease or lung cancer. Any blood in the phlegm that is not caused by something obvious (cut in the mouth etc) should be taken seriously and a doctor should be contacted. Stomach cancer has rather more vague symptoms, such as feeling full, feeling sick, indigestion. But again look for blood clots, or blood in your stools. However, having any of these symptoms does not mean that you have cancer, the symptoms are synonymous with many other diseases which are far less serious.
