How long after diarrhea can you eat normally again?

I have diarrhea,starving what can i eat?

i'd say soup.. liquid rich foods that replenish your lost fluids... but something with protein and nutrients that dont need hard digesting.. chicken soup maybe? or blended vegetable soups? crackers would be good.. with some peppermint tea maybe though not nutrient rich.

doctors used to recommend the BRAT DIET.. Bannana Rice Applesauce Tea and you can eat toast.. nothing with fat in it. and ifs its bad.. see a dr .. somethings causing it..

that would be fine... Toast - dry ( no butter/ jelly ) and crackers are also good

dog and cat food usually works for me! i like to get the chunky dog food with real bits of meat!

I would say the BRAT diet (Banana, rice,applesauce, and toast). My mom is a nurse and that is what she used to give us.
