I think I have an infection in my finger. What should I do?

HELP! Can a NON MRSA staph infection become one if not treating a staph infection (skin infected) ? ?

• Can a non MRSA staph infection turn into MRSA if not treating the normal skin staph infection? So wat I'm basically trying to say is can it transform from being a normal infection then changing into MRSA infection from not treating it. Also can u get a staph infection INSIDE the vagina canal where you cannot notice or see it because it's right inside ? Just say I used an unclean toy on accident and used it up there can staph be transmitted into the vagina ( inside deep inside) then I would have no clue it up there ? If yes what do u think the symptons would be and btw I have put my clean finger up there to examine lumps and there were all up the top ? Normal?? Also I was putting an aplicator for insert cream and as. I was injecting it up a think I lump got in the way and I was hurting to push in so I stopes ( I'm thinking it was the clitoris getting in the way, it was on the right side) anyway please try to answer most of my questions /) thanks for reading <3
