I think I distended my bladder from holding my pee to long, how can i tell?
-
Last weekend I held in my pee to long, 2 night in a row until it kinda hurt, but not that bad..Since then I've had this constant sensation of needing to go, even after I just went. I get good streams, doesn't burn and isn't a funny color, but i feel this "bloating" in my bladder area, that makes me feel like peeing.;..Did i injure something, will it correct iteself? I'm only 30!

Answer:
Bladder will fix, but the ureters are prone to the infections, same as the kidneys. Simply don't do that again, because you may end up with kidney infection and kidney stones ( urea distends kidney channels and causes abnormal stasis of the flow). Just go to the toilet when you need it.
