One side of throat really hurts when I swallow- little bumps on tongue??? Thanks :)?

Hey :) When I swallow, the right side of my throat hurts. There are little red bumps on the back of my tongue and there is one big one. I've been starting to cough. The pain in my throat extends into my ear when I swallow. Does it sound like strep?? Thanks for the answers :)

Answer:
At this time, it just sounds like a sore throat. Most sore throats are viral in nature. A confirmed diagnosis of Strep infection requires testing. That can't be done online, as you know.
