Signs of comming out of parvo?

My little chihuahua is four months old and has caugh Parvo. We are currently giving him the IV treatment just like our vet recommened for us. The next day he seemed to be getting better and was playing and show some activity, but on the third day he is weaker than the first day is he getting better or worse? Me and my family all hope gets better we all love him

He just might have been tired?? But, if he is still bad take him back to the vet they will help him!
