How can you tell if a deer tick gave you lyme disease?
-
I got bit like a month a go and still have a scab around my knee cap but there is no signs of a bulls-eye, or any of the symptoms as far as i can tell. The tick wasn't on for too long and it was a younger but had already dug in and caused a very small red about the size of the tick itself. When I first got the bite I put triple antibiotic ointment on it but stopped shortly after. the scab or spot that it bite is still there however, should I be worried? And it's not that easy to just get it checked out, here in the US it still costs like $100 just for them to have a look.

Answer:
Do you have a health insurance, than you better go to a dermatologist or another doctor to have it checked out. I think 100 $ is it worse instead of your life. I would be worried if that happened to me..
