How long do stomach bugs usually last?

• Since Tuesday morning I've been sick to my stomach and having number 2 issues. I keep getting the urge like I need to go NOW but then hardly anything happens. I get diahhera type cramping but again nothing really happens. It's been going on since Tuesday multiple times a day. I'm worn out! Should I be concerned? ps I'm 28 weeks pregnant as well.

  This is obviously making life very uncomfortable for you at the moment. I would suggest you book an appointment with your doctor, explain your symptoms and allow her/him to make a diagnosis. Especially as you are pregnant as you need your body to be as healthy as possible to provide the best environment for the baby. Alternatively you could speak to your midwife, as she may be able to give you more advice. It could be something to do with diet, or something more serious, so i would get it checked out by a trained health professional as soon as possible. I hope this helps.
