How to spread swine flu?

Where has swine flu spread to in the U.S? And what can I do to prevent it?

  • I live in Oregon and I've been hearing rumors that swine flu has already spread here! I want to know if it has, and also if Lake Oswego (that's the city I live in) is in any risk of getting and how I can prevent from contracting the disease. I'm scared and nervous! Please help!!!!!!!!!

    Well first dont be nervous my mom told me if ur nervous ur most likly to get it....... so beware..... plus what i do is wash my hands dont pick my nose or my mouth lol but ya at least wash ur hands 20 - 1000000000000 times a day so ya its close to me to in the SLO county plus birng hand sanitizer to school AND DONT WORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry so much, it's in California but very few cases. If you get the flu and that means a high fever, then go to the doctor and get vaccinated.

don't panic . the flu is there but just avoid touching people like huging and kissing and holding hands. also wash hands alot and aviod touching face i would recommand buying hand senitizer but don't worry if you have a runny nose dirrariha headachs body achs high fever throut pain or coughing go to a doctor don' t think its just a regular fever just go but no worrys they have pills for it

Oregon doesn't have any swine flues yet, but to prevent contact from any one who is sick and wash your hands often when you start and finish something like going to the washroom, eating at school/work or any where else.

yes it does suck that the flu is in California. it just had to be right above mexico. Best advice is to stay away from people with masks on and wash your hands frequently. it has spread to northern california where i live, so it may already be there.

California, Texas, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio there are probably some more but i cant think of them. If it does become a real pandemic really there isn't anything you can do now since there are no cases in Oregon I'd say go about your normal routine. Once cases are in your city or county I'd be more cautious about what I'm doing. Not to be the bearer of bad new but if it does become bad there is nothing you can do about it some will get it and die, some will be immune to it and others just wont contract it because nobody around them has it.
