How to spread swine flu?

Can a swine flu mist spread the virus and would you give it to your 4year old son?

• I have 10 m old and a 4 year old. For the 10 m they have the swine flu vaccine, but for my 4 y old my pediatrician is not sure if they will get enough, the first priority are children with underlying conditions and babies. So the best shot for the 4 y old is the swine flu mist. I read that it may spread the virus, and scary stuff like: "would you inject H1A1 in your child's nose?" and similar. I am confused, the doctor says it is effective, I trust them, but my husband has second thoughts. What would you do? Only for parent and medical professionals

The Centers for Disease Control says the live virus in the nasal mist has been weakened to the point where it can't give you the flu.
