Stomach flu- diarrhea instead of vomiting?

  • My mom, my brother and I all have the stomach flu. I feel nauseous, have the chills, feel sweaty, achy, crampy, weak, etc. my mom and brother have been vomiting but for me everything is uhhh, coming out of the other end. Is this normal? Do I have stomach flu or something else? Also the symptoms started about 12-13 hours ago

    this what you call gastroenteritis .this has to be managed like fluid replacement , medicines for vomiting , antispasmodic for abdominal pain .

yeah i had those symptoms last time i had stomach flu - ur just lucky ur stomach flu isnt as bad as ur mom and brothers :) jsut make sure your sensible about what you eat, it kills me to see people with stomach flu drinking milk and stuff. dairy, protein and fat is not what ur body needs right now. eat rice crackers, rice, toast and vegemite and things to keep you hydrated like iceblocks until ur better :) it works everytime :) get well soon!
