What can cause an ulcer in a dog's stomach/digestive tract?
-
My dog is being treated for an ulcer. She has bloody, mucousy diarrhea. The diarrhea stops as long as she's on an antibiotic but her stool is still very black/bloody. Vet is not sure she has an ulcer.
