Abnormally Rapid heart rate while exercise with Sinus Infection?
-
So, I was at the gym a few weeks ago and while I was exercising (but not vigorously at ALL) my heart rate (according to the monitors) read 200! This is very unusual since my heart rate never goes above 168, so I was really scared! I hopped of the machine and I haven't been to the gym since. My resting heart rate though, remains normal and good. Anyway, I recently went to the doctor because I've been feeling vaguely bad for 4-5 weeks and she told me I had an acute sinus infection, that spread to my ears and throat. Do you think that the heart rate thing and sinus thing is related. I don't want to worry that I have heart problem or anything!?!
