Is there any treatment for buzzing in your ears?

Buzzing in ears treatment, anyone knows?

  • Answer:

Have your doctor prescribe a nasal spray called Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg 120 doses twice in each nasal 2 times daily. This will help with the inflamanation on the nasal lining for your ears, to drain. Great medication, helps cut down the ringing in the ears, from tinus. Great medication, prescribed to me by a VA Doctor. Been using this for over 4 years, and have yet to have a cold.

The treatment depends on the cause. You need to see an ENT specialist to find out the cause. 1. Caused by impacted wax, appropriate drops and syringing the ear (by doctor) 2. Eustachian tube dysfunction - caused by a congested nasal lining (stops middle ear secretions from draining properly), an antihistamine or a decongestant will help. Don't use decongestant sprays for longer than 5 days as you then get rebound congestion. 3. Pulsatile tinnitus, due to a change in blood flow in the vessels near the ear or to a change in awareness of that blood flow. treat hypertension if it could be the cause. Most tinnitus, it's a matter of learning to live with it, tune it out. Have a radio on, do something that makes you concentrate and forget the noise

I haven't found any real treatment. They say if you get plenty of sleep and stay on a low salt diet, this will help.
