it is very common to be suffering from hepatitis b and c together becuse they are chronic dzs. Hepatitis A is an infectious disease and will only occur if you eat contaminated food or water. It occurs as epidemics and is generaly very mid as compared to hepatitis b

This person needs to be vaccinated against Hepaitis A. Since his liver is already under attack by two viruses, he needs to be protected from a third.
