Why do I have chest pain with bloody stool?

Chest pain on and off for years. what could be the cause ( heart tests normal)?

• Recently went to the ER last month for sharp chest pains in the middle of my chest. I am 28 years old 5 ft 11 240 lbs Normal ekg normal stress test normal nuclear scan 2 years ago Normal blood tests for thyroid, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, kidneys Normal stool tests to rule out gastrointestinal problems Pain occurs in my left and right chest as well as center of my chest. Sometimes in the corners of my chest at the top by my shoulders. Also pain in my back by spine on right side. Sometimes i feel the pain after about 15 minutes of walking and goes away with stopping. This made me concerned about heart related but stress test which pushed me to my peak was normal. The various pains occur daily and at different times and even at rest or while driving. This is driving me crazy because I fear the worst as far as having a heart problem but all of my tests came back normal... It makes it difficult to be optimistic about the future because I worry something bad will happen. It affects day to day activities and my moral is low as I am sick of the pains. I just want to know what could be causing it so I can go on with my life. At this point I just wish it would either kill me or leave me alone. Anyone have any thoughts? also I have anxiety as a result of the pain and somedays i feel more hopeless and anxious than others and I am seeing a psychologist to manage the resulting anxiety and negative emotions.
