Why do I have sudden fast and pounding heartbeats?

Really odd and intense heartbeats?

  • I have really intense heartbeats. Sometimes I can hear and feel them in my neck and ears and at times, I can SEE them in my chest: I'll have a book resting on my chest and all of a sudden it'll start to jump slightly. I can see my chest beating a lot, as if my heart is pounding so hard it's trying to break out. I don't understand why this happens as I've been told that it's unusual. Anyone any idea of what they are? Thanks in advance.

Black tea, magnesium and calcium tablets helps relax the nerve and heart muscel, ground flaxseed is good, nut and almonds. ....stop drinking so much soda and sugars this will kill you and drive up your heart rate. I deal with the same problems and this is how I helped myself. research good heart health and then follow.
