How to lower high blood pressure without medication?

my mom has high pressure and i want to help her, i think shes at 145 and the normal number is 120 and below. Is there anything she can eat to make her blood pressure get lower??? please help

The first thing she can do is stop eating so much salt. Try 1500mg of salt a day. That is what's recommended by not many people can do it. She can probably lower her blood pressure to normal by just doing that! Second would be eat more vegetables and exercise 1/2 hour a day. Lose weight. Less stress My bp was almost the same as hers but I brought mine down this way. And I didn't even have to give up my coffee. But brought it down to 2 cups a day.
