What's the difference between heart condition chest pains and anxiety/panic attack chest pains?

I've been getting these chest pains, that are from heart burn. It feels like I am having a mild heart attack?

• Well before this condition had occurred, and still is occurring. I am having these chest pains that are like heart burn. Acid reflexes, I went to the emergency room they gave me a AKG and told me that i was fine. My heart was fine, but its not fine. When I try to sleep, I get this waking shock that hurts from the heart. My family thinks i'm just saying this to just get attention, right now I am taking Omeprazole only 1 every morning. So now i'm still getting heartburn. I have no idea what to do. The age that I am is 19, i'm discovering on a research site, if I have any symptoms of an heart attack or acid reflexes. Also I do have acid reflexes too. What should I do, no one wants to listen to me anymore. They don't want to go to the emergency anymore because it costs a lot. I really dont feel fine... help!
