-
My son is 14 months old now. Everyday I feed him 1 shrimp, 1 large scallop, 1/2 egg and crabmeat. I think that shellfish is good for brain and nerve. But I wonder shellfish makes him high cholesterol or not. I donnot know I should continue to feed him like this or not. Please help me. Thanks

Answer:
He's too young to have high cholesterol right now, but he could develop it. This is a question for his pediatrician. His pediatrician is the one to determine his diet at this stage of life, but I don't think it sounds like too much...but I'm not a pediatrician either...You really need to ask in the doctor's office.
