Heart beat fast when im not doing anything???

Sounds like you are having premature beats and some minor tachycardia (fast heart rate). I started having these when I was in high school and have had for years. If you continue to have these, see your doctor. They are usually harmless and can be caused by stress, anxiety, or even inherited. Mine started because I was anemic. My heart would also start beating fast when I wasn't doing anything. It is more scary than harmful. Also cut back on caffeine. Get checked out for your own peace of mind. Good luck.

♥ I think it's from your anxiety, I have very bad panic attacks-anxiety attacks and the same happens to me. I went to the emergency room one time for that and everything was fine. Just go to the doctor and ask them about it, they can give you medication for your panic attacks.
