Because you are on an antidepressant and antihypertensives, you are prone to orthostatic drops in blood pressure. Just be careful if you stand up quickly after sitting or laying down a while...you could get a drop in blood pressure that may make you feel dizzy or even faint. Usually if the top number of your blood pressure (systolic) is over 90 it's still consider WNL (within normal limits), but let your doc know if you are experiences dizziness/weakness, and I suggest getting a home blood pressure machine just to see where you are at. BTW 105/60 is really good!!

These are questions you need to have the answers to before you walk out of the doctor's office. Never leave with questions unanswered. Your blood pressure is not too low. If it were you'd feel faint, weak, listless, possibly dizzy. Yours is fine. Different people have different reactions to paxil. It's a good drug for many many people. Some people have a hard time coming off it when the time comes. Some people have trouble while they are on it. If you have even the most remote thought about suicide, call your doctor immediately. The drug literature says that only happens to those under 18 years old, but that simply is not true. People of all ages can be affected that way. Just keep a watch, and be in touch with your physician.

105/60 is excellent blood pressure. If your blood pressure goes low, you would at first feel light headed and possibly like you might pass out. If it get "too" low you will just want to sleep. Buy a BP monitor, only the kind that goes around your arm... not one for the finger or wrist and monitor your BP to help you feel more confident that it isn't getting too low.

The 105 for your systolic is good. And 60 for your diastolic is actually right about the bottom of "normal". If you have dizziness, or fainting that is a sing it is too low. And you may only notice the dizziness when you stand up to fast. I am not too sure about paxil, my brother in-law was taking it. But isn't any more.
