Why does my heart beat speeds up when I'm hungry?

FEEL LIKE IM HAVING A DOUBLE HEART BEAT OR JUST PALPATATIONS?

Im 25 and a little over weight i have already been suffering from pvcs and i just started a new job were i walk a few miles a day and i noticed since i havce started my job that it feels like my heart is doing a double beat the beating fast for a second and i have felt it do the little double beat a few times in a row and im woundering is it just the palpatations from the pvcs causing this i went to my docter before i started this job like 3 months ago and he said my heart is healthy but it feels weird thnx.
