Why do I breath weird and my heart pound for no reason?
-
This is really confusing me. I'm quite skinny, well very skinny, my bmi is 13.2 You can see my heart a little all the time but sometimes, for no reason it pounds really hard and it looks like it's leaping out of my chest. When it does this, it's quite hard to breath and my friends have told me my breathing sounds really weird, as though it is really panicky and deep. I have no idea why it does this and I was just wondering if you did? My chest hurts atm because my heart has been pounding all day and my friends have been constantly telling me I need to tell someone as it sounds like I can't breath at all
