What happen to my body stroke?

• I was sleeping and i couldnt move my body. i thought this was regular sleep paralize stuff. but i slept and woke up 3 times all paraized. but the 3rd time i woke up it was little bit weird. I couldnt move my left side of my body. I cannot even open my eye lids. and left hand and legs. I could barely move my right, but i could open my eye lids on my right eye. I am not fat, none smoker and non alcoholic. I also exercise 2 hours a day. is this possible>? my parents also never had stroke...
