Circulatory system?

HELP!!!!!PLEASEEE.............… do the nervous+circulatory system have in common+diffrences?

  • what similarities+ diffrences do the circulatory system and the nervous system have???plaseee help!!!!

  • Answer:

This sounds like a homework assignment, and i do not think it would be fair for anyone else to do your homework for you. Study your notes and your anatomy book, and see what comparisons there are. Start a list describing each, in a side by side column, and you will begin to see some similarities and some differences. If you can narrow down your question concerning specific confusion, (so that it does not sound like you are asking someone to actually do your homework), please do post again, and i will try to answer specific questions. kathy, RN, MSN

Arteries are innervated, and can sense when the B/P is low and further constrict, speed up the heart, etc. The autonomic nervous system controls all kinds of functions related to the heart and circulation. There are innumerous ways in which they are related. I agree w/ the RN that you should do your own homework, though. If you don't dig this out for yourself and learn it, how do you expect to function when you're taking care of patients and have no computer on which to take a poll??
