Chest pain? uncomfortable?

Please help :-( I have a heart pain on my chest. Need advice?

• Hi im a young 36yo male guy who seems to have some strange pain state right next to my heart area of my chest. The pain feels like as if sometimes im getting a electricuted burning senational that last for 2 seconds like as if a vain is on fire. And that only happens sometimes not constantly every minute but it might happen now then it might happen in 4 hours or might happen tomorrow. But with that been said. I also feel a tingling feeling next to the heart with some pain along with that. Making me like as if im ill... However this pain goes on cosntantly msot of the times.. It only just happen recently that the pain on the side heart of the chest was cosntantly painfull like as if someone has hit me with a hammer kinder thing and the pain remains there. But again this pain will go away and then comes back long periods of times.. like sometimes might go for a few minutes then it seems to go away. But when i go to bed the pain seems to start to kick in.. but if i end up going for a walk its like as if i dont have pains but sometimes i can still feel it. So i told the doctor this.. And told me to go to a (Endoscopy clinic) AND i have to fill some forms.. Now im 175cmtall 61 kilos slim built. This pain has come and go over a year now.. but it wasnt as bad as it was recently... its only been the last 4 days that this pain has gotten worse. (1) Question to everyone who may now... Could this be a heart issue ? or could it be cancer that im not aware of ? Doctor doesnt no anything just said go to the endscopy where they put me to sleep and they put a camera thru my mouth to check it out.. But im so scared really nervours very worried i could die on the spot even as they put me to sleep for 10minutes...... I never done this before..... And i wish i new what could the issue be Im scare and makes me feel i dont want to go ahead with this check up fear i might die... But i dont no what the issue might be... However the pain goes away most times... and comes back.. But its like a just a (annoying pain) as if someone has hit my heart chest and let the pain stay there like a restraint annoying tingling feeling thing. What could it be you think? cancer ? Ive never had cancer in my life... I look at my chest and my chest doesnt have any issues.. my heart seems to pump normally as doctor did a blood presure on me and seems normal.. So if thats normal what could it be then? I preciate anyones help and comment and i just wish new what it was.... From today im trying to eat healthy food... but im slim built. Also ive stop drinking coffee no more coffee just incase the coffee has ruine my life.. I dont smoke ever nor i dont drink alcohol ever. I dont do drugs.

  Just a heads up,you may not want them to give you the drug called Versed ( Midazolam ) In fact, many people who use Versed for " IV Sedation,Conscious Sedation" during a procedure are awake for the entire procedure but remember nothing, often believing they were "out" the whole time. Versed (Midazolam) is an amnestic. It is commonly administered in combination with anesthesia before and during surgery. It is also commonly used for minor procedures like colonoscopies dental procedures like extractions,conscience sedation,twilight sleep, so that patients won't remember pain and discomfort.HOWEVER THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THOSE SENSATIONS WILL NOT BE EXPERIENCED!!!!Forgetting does no mean it did not happen!! Amnesia does NOT take place for some patients. IT'S NOT MY INTENTION FOR YOU TO NOT GET THE PROCEDURE DONE, JUST INFORMING YOU THAT YOU MAY WANT IT DONE WITH ANOTHER DRUG!!!!! Here is a note from a Dentist about Versed I've used Versed 1000+ times during oral surgery procedures and I've never had a complaint. It's a miracle drug because it is safe and it causes you to not remember an unpleasant experience. My answer to him is isn't it better to have not experienced the pain than to have forgot it. No wonder you have had no complaints you gave them amnesia!!
