What machines are used in a heart transplant?

What will happen to my heart after I die?

  • I am a organ donor and I given them permission to use all my organs. I'm from a family of heart problem suffers though and I wouldn't be surprised if I died from some sort of heart trouble also, but I don't want my heart to go to waste if it can't be used, Is there anyway it could still be used even if it isn't for a heart transplant, maybe for experimenting and stuff?

  • Answer:

Sometimes you can leave your body to Universities so they can experiment. But if you want to be an organ donor I am sure your medical records will be checked before any transplants occur. If your heart isn't very good the hospital will not use it but will probably use it in teaching. So you don't have to worry!

Would you really not want to rest in peace when you die!??!!? You're crazy for doing that! You probably regret doing that when you had nothing better to do in your life when you wanted to know what people would say if you are an organ donor, well great your heart will be dissected and then thrown out in the trash later, happy? It's just like when you have nothing better to do when you want to know how it's like joining in the military and when you actually join you really regret it, having to die is the last thing that would ever happen to you now this? Well good luck RESTING IN PEACE with a bunch of college students ripping out your heart!
