Ongoing medical 'heart' problem. Possibly lyme disease? (Also Q about my 24 hour ECG) Help?!?

Ongoing medical 'heart' problem. Could this be Lyme? (Also need help with 24 hour ECG?) help? For months now, I have been experiencing odd sensations with my heart. Eg, - palpitations/racing heart that make me feel extremely faint. Nothing appears to 'spur' them. -Light headedness -cases of very bad vertigo on moving head -general fatigue/tiredness -chest pain I have been tested for many medical conditions such as thyroid disorder/complete blood count/diabetes/liver and kidney function tests .... all came back clear. Basically most blood tests that are available, were used on me. (I have a good doctor!) I was also put on beta blockers because of an emergency appointment where I had to go in because I woke up with palpitations, had an ongoing headache prior to this 'heart event', was vomiting and he found my heart pulse rate was 140 bp. (which is high) so the beta blockers help keep my symptoms under control until a diagnosis is made. My brother was recently told he had the 'borrelia bacterium' in his blood and all of his symptoms are practically identical to mine with mine going exactly the way his were (he ended up in hospital with 'AF' before being diagnosed with lyme). I was also tested for lyme but the test was apparently 'clear'. Im not convinced though because I hear how inaccurate they can be, and the fact I have the same symptoms as him including odd 'pin prick dots'?? on my arms mostly. (enlighten me?) Sorry for this being long, it's just so FRUSTRATING not knowing what is going on! I am currently wearing a 24 hour ECG to see if anything shows up but I am unsure of what to record in the activity thing. HOW specific should I be? Do I mention walking upstairs and the fact I am aware of my heart thumping after doing VERY little exercise? Im also just wondering on a whole, what my next step is IF nothing shows up. Do I request another lyme test? What if I don't get it? Has anyone had anything similar? (And sorry for all the random Questions!) ANY information would be appreciated greatly - either to do with my CURRENT ECG or my symptoms as a whole! Kat x

Answer:
Yes, you can ask for lyme test as being a prevalent disease. Bulls Eye Rashes + Elisa lyme test are positive. No you are not suffering from lyme disease, some sorta Panic Disorder/ Stress syndrome, resulting in cardiac condition. Let them rule out any heart condition. Yes, when anyone is stressed out there is this erratic typos. Lung conditions can also cause shortness of breath, so better be patient. Anyway be patient lets hear the Holter test you are going through. Good Luck.
