How Dangerous Is High Blood Pressure?

How is high blood pressure diagnosed?

  • Once I had my blood pressure measured and the nurse said it was high [she didn't say the numbers]. Around 5 months later, I got my blood pressure measured and it came out normal. Which means, I don't suffer from high blood pressure, right? I don't get this thing. As far as I know, high blood pressure has no symptoms but I was asked if I was experiencing, blurred vision nausea [very often] headaches [especially in the back? x: sadly] dizziness [very often along with confusion and I get lost x:] chest pain along with shortness of breath [very often] nosebleeds [yeep. -.-] ringing sound in the ears [not often, has happened before but it's not an often thing] I am not obese. I don't exercise. I don't eat healthy [that much]. I drink a lot of soda. I don't drink alcohol. No smoking. I love salty stuff. :( I don't have diabetes. None of my parents or siblings suffer from high blood pressure. Also, when I cry, stress, get mad, or scream, I get really bad headaches, dizziness, confusion, my heart starts beating very fast, and my face feels hot. Sometimes, I have to stop and remember where I was going b/c I feel like I'm lost which is like everyone's daily comment, "you look lost" stuff like that.. I don't know if this is related in anyway. Thanks in advance (:

It is totally a wrong notion that tinnitus can be cured by focusing on and dealing with only one aspects out of all the aspects that cause this condition. It is usually observed that the people who opt for such approach fails in curing tinnitus even when they make use of drugs and undergo surgeries as they do not consider all the other responsible factors of the disease.

high blood pressure has no symptoms but it can lead to a heart attach, stroke and many other things that do have symptoms. Get it checked and keep an eye on it
