What are the symptoms of a Heart attack?

What happens if someone goes to the doctor with heart attack symptoms and the doc says they're fine?

  • What happens if someone goes to the doctor with heart attack symptoms, and the doctor tells them they are fine, go back to work, and orders no tests. Then the person dies within 2 weeks, and the autopsy says he had coranary artery disease, and a recent heart attack. Are there any reprecussions for the doctor?????

  • Answer:

    The family of the patient needs to be sure that the doctor really gave the patient that advice. Sometimes patients do not tell their families the whole story. I would request the patient's chart from both the doctor and the hospital ( if the patient was hospitalized before they died). This is a very sad thing that happens too much :(

As far as the family can afford it,..SUE the "wanna be" doc,... had the same issue with a vetenerian here in las cruces,..I know,..its about a "pet",..but I loved him,my dog, like my SON,..and he was way too young,..however,...the emergency vetenerian told me, after he was flat breathing after a attack by a fighting dog,..that he is doing good. My baby passed away in my arm within the next hour. Believe it or not,...doc`s in the US dont have any right to call themselfs professionals because they aren`t! I have seen almost the whole Globe,..lots of traveling and here in the US are serious issues regarding job training/certifications and whatever else. I really hope, that somebody fights for the RIGHTS of the deceased person!

The doctor can be sued, fired, or even arrested because he did not take tests or try to do treatments.
