Is it normal to have bad gas after heart attack?

Heart attack or trapped gas in chest?

• okay so... the other day around 9pm i was making food and developed this sudden sharp pain in my chest like someone was stabbing my heart but only on the left side ( somtimes i have to hold my chest too relieve the tight feeling. it lasted about a half hour and i was fine the rest of the night including the next day but as soon as i thought everything was okay i developed a sudden severe chest pain again (left side only) this one has lasted about 12 hours now with a break inmetween i goes away and comes back... now i really think it might be trapped gas in my chest but could this also cause sudden spasms through left arm and hurting when i breath in to deep? if i was having a heart attack would i be dead already? or am i having a major case of gas?

  That doesn't sound good! You have to get to the doctor A.S.A.P! I would have rung for an ambulance if it were me, it sounds as if it could be a heart attack or something serious!!!! :/
