Answer:
Heart disorders are linked to anxiety disorders and panic attacks. I know it's hard but just try to stay as calm as you can. I used to get soooooo nervous. Especially around guys. I learned to just relax and focus on my breathing (that calmed me down) You might also have a heart or circulation disorder. It might be stressful but maybe you should see a doctor and tell them these symptoms. They can figure out what is wrong and help you through it. It might be a long process but don't get discouraged. In the end it'll help you TONS. You're not as good as dead, you're better. Beneath all that anxiety, I'm sure you are an awesome person. So take care of yourself. I hope I helped, at least a little. Good luck. (p.s. I too have heart and circulation problems)

NO!!! Your not dying! But if you haven't already get a work up with your doctor and rule out anything medically wrong, then when you get your episodes, feel better in knowing you have been threw them before and your ok and its just panic attacks. Xanax helped me with the same things so much.
You need to see a medical doctor to get some anti-anxiety medication and you need to see a therapist/counselor to help you figure out WHY you are so panicky. Granted, no one enjoys going to court...but you need to face the consequences of your actions. Practice some deep-breathing when you start to get worried, and try to imagine people who care about you, standing near you supporting you, cheering you on.

You thinking ur guna die is another part of anxiety. Your worrying. You sound like Me. I've been this way for a month and I'm so tired I can't get out of bed. I'm going o the doc in two days. I've been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and i think I'm depressed. It all.ties in together. These are all signs of anxiety and depression. We both are crazy for thinking were on the verge of death. Ur 23 I'm 22. What I think you need nd I hope to et is a lomg term anti anxiety medication and a ong term anti depressant medication. They will give ur energy and take ur worry away.
