Here is what you must to do 1- keep your blood sugar well controlled 2- Exercise: including waking, light arm, legs and back concentration exercise, you can ask how to do them. 3- Adequate vitamins intake is very important to improve your circulation and blood vessels, Vit. C is one of most important in this case, which you can found it in orange, lemon, banana, .. etc, or you can depend on food supplements containing vitamin C with other vitamins of course. 4- At rest, keep your legs on horizontal position, put them on chair or something like this, while feet in the most upper position, preferred to keep your knees not stretched. Also don't leave you arms hanged downward for long time. 5- Avoid standing for long time.
