What would be considered low for having low blood pressure? And can you have Type 2 diabetes with low b/p?
-
Dont know what low blood pressure means when you have the diabetes type 2....
-
Answer:
Low BP is only when it is low enough to cause symptoms, there is no real strict cutoff number. However, most people would consider less than 90 (for the top number - the systolic) to be low. Symptoms would be dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue or even passing out - especially when going from sitting to standing. There is NO correlation of low BP and Diabetes. You could have both but "low BP" is not really a disease, unlike Type 2 Diabetes.
