How to raise my oestrogen levels?
-
I haven't got my period for a while and recently got tested and saw that my oestrogen levels were quite low. The doctors and parents suspect that it could be primarily due to my weight loss although I have had ongoing anxiety/stress/depression this past year. Is there anyway that my low levels could not be completely rated to weight loss. An I so how can I boost y oestrogen levels?

Answer:
Yams and sweet potatoes. Soybeans work too.

There are estrogen supplements available in the market. Ask your doctor abt it and have him prescribe one for you.

There are medications that can raise your oestrogen levels. You need a prescription for these. If this is due to an eating disorder and excessive weight loss then treating just the oestrogen levels is a bit like applying a sticking plaster to a broken arm - it wont fix it.
