Why do we have a runny nose when we are sick?

Why do i get runny nose when its cold?

• when im outside and its windy i feel like playing outside but when i go inside i get all runny nose stuffed nose and sometimes my head hurts?

  When you go out in the cold your sinus's expand which makes the snot flow more freely, when you go inside your sinus's shrink back down and the snot builds up in your sinus's which can cause stuffiness, sinus pain, even the occasional headaches. Good Luck!!!
