How to clear a stuffy nose without medicine or spicy food!?

    MIX WATER AND SALT TOGETHER AND SNORT IT IN THE SHOWER. MY DOCTOR TOLD ME TO DO THAT FOR COLDS AND ALLERGIES IT REALLY HELPS.

I don't know how long it takes for anyone else to get over a cold, but if you want to do it a natural way I suggest eating garlic. Just plain garlic cloves. Clears the sinuses right up and makes all of that snot just slide right out! BAM! If you want, you could microwave or fry them in butter to get rid of the potency of the garlic cloves, or you could just eat it raw.............mmmmmm.... The rest of your family may complain about smell so it would probably good to get at them with a comeback like saying that garlic is the healthiest stuff out there...........EAT SOME!!! anyways, I tried this before and I gained the sense of smell and taste back after eating about two or three cloves raw (is sor t of hard to do, but it really works). Hope this helps. It is inexpensive and you wouldn't have to snort anything y'know. Also, you could try drinking vinegar for about a week or two (1 tablespoon every (other) night) <-------a cleaning of the stomach and intestines. It just makes people feel better as a whole. If this doesn't work the alternative is baking soda mixed with water. nya nya.
