The best thing I have found is a lot of stir fries you can make them gluten free wheat free and dairy free. By shopping at a health food store I find a lot of those foods that yu like and is safe to eat. The stir fries are mainly meat and vegetables and I did find soy sauce that you can eat. I have also found some pizza dough that are good for you just don't use the cheese when you make it. It is hard but it can be done find your store in you area but be prepared the food does cost a little more but what can we do we need to eat. Another food you can eat is rice and the brown rice is good if you make it with vegetable broth and not the water and I also add some chopped bell peppers and a few chopped mushrooms. If you would like you can write me at [email protected] and maybe I can help you with more recipes and a few web sights that you can get recipes and get grocers on line.

pls try mangosteen juice+honey+probiotic as alternative. that helps fight allergies naturally, but if you are SEVERELY allergic, better to avoid the food.

First of all, if something is gluten free, it will be wheat free. So that will help if you are reading labels and see gluten free. I am putting in 2 websites that have gluten/dairy free recipes. Find the recipe section and go from there.

Hi Ellen, I think the pecanbread site and the taca site are great. You may also want to try my website which is 100% gluten-free and mostly dairy-free. In fact, here is a good GF/DF recipe for easy chocolate chip cookies that you might like: http://www.elanaspantry.com/dairy-free-gluten-free-chocolate-chip-cookies/ If you decide to make them hope you enjoy. In terms of GF restaurants, check out triumphdining.com, they have a national listing of such. I think you will find their website very helpful. Good Luck! Elana

Hi I am on this diet, and also allergic to sugar, yeast, herbs, spices and esp pineapple and parsley. I do live in the UK and get some things on prescription including spaghetti and pastas from USA. Recipes are difficult to find cos you have to substitute everything and no recipe is right for everyone in this category of no no's to foods. I find rice and pasta OK from EnerG and also potato made into all kinds of things. In the UK I can get cornflower that has a raising agent in it. i use half and add rice flour and some oatmeal to make scones. Otherwise the bread is out cos it contains yeast and EnerG is very high in calories. Potato cakes are fine. In short I am happy to help you via email so link into me and as a consequence of illness I studied and got an ND and PhD for immunology. I found that anyone like us has a very low level of sIgA. It is in our saliva and if short of it everything follows and yes one is more likely to autoimmune diseases.
