The top of my head is tingling?

Sinuses/Head and Neck Tingling?

• I have really bad sinuses and my doctor has put me on Flonase, but recently, every time I try to lay down to get some rest, I get these wild tingling sensations in head and my neck going down towards my shoulders and sometimes even in my hands. The strange this about the tingling feeling is, whenever I touch a certain spot on either side of my neck, the tingling momentarily stops. I also have this sharp pain in the lower part of my throat (which my doctor said "might" be nothing. He told me to open my mouth and he looked down and said he didn't see anything, but I don't think he can see the BASE of my throat from my mouth without any equipment). Anyway, I was wondering if all this could be related to the sinus situation or could this be something else? I REALLY want this to go away. Its preventing me from sleeping (which is why I am up right now.) I really need help.

  First off if you are not sleeping then a lot could be going wrong with you. When I am tired i know that my sinuses fill up and my neck cracks more so that could be the same for you. If I were you I would get some melatonin or something to aid with sleep, unless of course you cannot take melatonin for some reason. The tingling thing might be a side effect from that Flonase stuff but who knows. I think you sound dehydrated and perhaps a little under nourished, but I really don't know you and cant say for sure. There are some effective ways to help with sinusitis that can be researched on line. Good luck
