Allergic to milk or lactose intolerant?
-
I was wondering what the diffrences with being allergic to milk and just being lactose intolerant, my grandmother is a nurse, an she is lactose intolerant and said I might be just be allergic cause I never get the same symptoms when I drink milk or ingest anything dairy as she does. I really loves milk(hated it as a kid, lol karma or what?!) but when I drink to muchmilk, have to much butter in stuff or milk in coffee I get really bad(horrible horribble) stomach pains and feel like i need to throw up for a very long time after I've had anything with a bit to much of milk in it. I do try not to have to much at a time but all I really drink is water and love coffee milk and getting my coffee black and putting some milk in it, those are my only symptoms
